was established in 1995 with emphasis on Customer Service and Technical support, and vision to provide Public Data Communications facilities to corporate and personal clients alike.

Palnet service coverage as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), spans all of the country. Palnet provides services to customers in the Palestinian Areas as well as Israel with branches and Point of Presence (POPs) in every single major city on both sides of the green line covering all Area Codes in the country.

As a public Data Network Palnet service offering includes:
- Providing Dialup/ISDN Internet connections for Users and ADSL connections where available.
- Provide Business Packages, Frame Relays and Leased line connections for Corporate Customers for Internet and Intranet communications.
- Provide Internet Web hosting and Domain Name services and others.
Palnet customer base currently includes major Financial organizations, Academic and Educational institutions, Governmental Ministries, Private sector corporations, consulates and Foreign representative offices as well as single private customer base.

Palnet Network is based on the Latest State of the Art fiberoptic based Digital Communications Network providing our customers with error free and fast access to the Internet through Reliable hi-tech digital backbone Network with redundancy and backup facilities. Palnet network is interconnected through high speed error free Fiber Optic, Leased lines, and Frame Relay connections.
